There are two basic Mastermind Models.
1) The Business Model or Advice to Move Your Enterprise Forward
This model is based on a group formed to discuss common business problems. The group can be all from within one industry, one region, or sharing some other commonality.
Mastermind groups involve people who are usually at a similar level in their career or business. These groups come together regularly to share knowledge, experiences and referrals. They help one another advance their businesses, motivate each other and solve problems.
You can find more information and some articles here.
2) The Spiritual Model or Share Your Imagination and Support
This model is similar to the business model in providing support to its members but its aim is to take a somewhat more personal and spiritual approach with the intent of tapping into the universal subconscious of the group members. Does this sound a little woo-woo? Finding the people may be slightly more difficult because you want people who are open to the possibility interaction on a more spiritual level.
Within this group the idea is NOT to give advice but rather help respond to a member’s request with an image, tune, proverb, picture, film or vision. Follow the ritual with the right group of people and it can be extremely powerful as well as very supportive.
You can find instructions here.
